Can I pick up my order in person?

No, we do not have a physical location for this e-commerce store. All orders will be shipped according to our shipping policy.

What if I don't like my item(s) once I have received them?

We are happy to offer 5 day returns on all items as long as they abide by our return policy. Please read our full policy here.

Why am I being charged tax on my order?
​
According to the laws surrounding taxation, all customers who are residents in Maryland will be charged 6% tax on their items ordered through us. Sellers are required to collect tax within the state in which their business is located. Orders over $1000 will not be subject to tax even in the state of Maryland.

Do you accept cash payments?

No. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cash payments at this time. We do accept a variety of credit and debit cards as well as PayPal for your convenience. Under certain circumstances, we are willing to accept checks. Please contact us directly if you are planning to pay using a check.

How do I know what grade the raw coins are that you sell?
​
We do not list the grade for coins that are not holdered by a 3rd party grading company. Instead, we provide high-quality photographs for you to use to determine your own grade. We also try our best to write accurate descriptions that will alert you of imperfections that may not be readily visible in the photos. Please use your own judgement to determine the grade of any items you wish to purchase.
